Best Time to FishLake Somerville Fishing

I generally fish the lake year round, varying species according to the seasons. Spring time brings the Crappie shallow to spawn, the White Bass and Hybrid Bass spawn in the creeks and chase shad all over the lake.

Summertime fishing yield healthy catfish and white/hybrids are still chasing shad around the lake early in the morning and late afternoon.
